What are the rates for your conference and meeting rooms?

Our conference and meeting room rates vary depending on the room size, duration, setup requirements, and catering options. To receive a tailored quote, please submit an enquiry via our website or contact our dedicated events team directly at conference@talbotstillorgan.com or 01 200 1807.

Are there any hidden charges or service charges?

No hidden fees - all our rates are inclusive of VAT and we do not charge a service fee.

What is your policy for providing the final number of attendees, booking amendments and cancellations?

Our policy for final numbers, amendments and cancellations is 48 hours prior to your event. After this time, we must charge the amount initially stated.

Is there free parking at the hotel?

Yes, we have over 250 FREE CAR PARKING spaces on the hotel grounds.

Talbot Hotel Stillorgan offers a total of 13 versatile event spaces, including

  • 5 spacious ground-floor conference suites
  • 8 first-floor executive boardrooms

Our ground-floor suites can be partitioned, allowing customisation according to specific event requirements, creating a total of 19 conference and meeting spaces.

Technology & Connectivity:

Can the hotel facilitate video conferences?

Yes. Video conferencing is supported, and we provide screens, TVs, HDMI cables, microphones, speakers and Wi-Fi. However, please bring your own laptop or webcam equipment.

Our catering services include:

How long does food service for a bandquet dinner take?

Service duration varies by menu type. For a standard 3-course banquet dinner, expect approximately 90 minutes.

Can you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Yes. We cater to all dietary requirements. Please inform us of any special needs during the booking process.

Bar & Beverages

Do you offer private bar facilities

Yes. Our Carysfort, Merrion, and Shelbourne Suites include full private bars. For other suites, table service is provided.

Can we bring our own wine?

Yes, you may bring your own wine*. A corkage fee of €15 per bottle applies. Alternatively, request our full wine list via email.

Yes, you may bring your own prosecco*. A corkage fee of €18 per bottle applies.

Can event attendees book bedrooms at the hotel?

Yes, we offer preferential bedroom rates for conference, meeting and event attendees. Rooms can be booked directly through our reservations team to ensure your guests receive the best available group rate.
