We are currently recruiting for a number of roles within the hotel:
Conference & Banqueting Sales Co-ordinator
Knowledge of C&B operations an advantage with sales experience but full training will be given. Monday to Friday with odd weekends.
Previous experience as a restaurant manager a must within an Irish hotel
Chef de Partie
Must have experience as a Chef de Partie in a high volume establishment. Hours are 5 days out of 7 days.
Previous experience is a plus but full training will be given. This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 days.
Knowledge of room setups would be ideal but full training will be given. Full-time hours available, working 5 nights out of 7 nights.
Some prior experience as a cleaner would be an advantage but full training will be given. Full-time hours available, working 5 days out of 7 days.
Food & Beverage Servers
Experienced waiting personnel required for Brass Bar & Grill and Purple Sage Restaurant. Full and part-time roles available.
