General Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy -- Non Pre Paid Bookings:
Must be cancelled by 2pm on the day prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charge of first night stay. Cancellations can only be implemented in writing to Talbot Hotel Stillorgan directly by emailing reservations@talbotstillorgan.com. You should save the cancellation confirmation number you receive.
There is no booking deposit, your credit card is just used to secure the booking. The charge is payable to the hotel upon your check in.
Cancellation Policy -- Advance Purchase/Pre Pay & Save Bookings:
Full pre-payment required for entire stay. Credit Card is charged at the time of booking. Reservations cannot be modified - the price quoted applies to exact guest name/date(s)/nights/stay booked. Changes to your reservation (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, etc.) are strictly not permitted. Rates -- all rates quoted are subject to availability and change. To cancel/modify your booking, please click on the "Manage Booking" button, located on your booking confirmation email above the terms and conditions.
Minimum Age Policy:
The minimum age to make a booking is 18 years old. Guests under the age of 18 are more than welcome to stay, provided they are accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years for the duration of their stay.
Cash Payments Policy:
Cash payments are welcome at the Talbot Hotel Stillorgan. Guests choosing to pay in cash upon arrival will be required to provide a security deposit, either in cash (up to €150 per night) or via a pre-authorization on a credit card, along with a valid photo ID. Acceptable forms of identification include a passport or driving license.
Outside Guests Policy:
Outside guests are not permitted in guest rooms or in the first and second floor corridors under any circumstances. However, they are welcome to enjoy the public areas, including the Brass Bar & Grill and Purple Sage Restaurant, until their respective closing times.
